Program Sequence
Upon arrival at the port of Safaga you will be met by our English speaking guide. Drive to Luxor in an air-conditioned vehicle. On your journey through the eastern desert, you will see for the first time the ancient Egyptian
History and daily life of Egyptians today. Upon reaching the Nile Valley, you will visit the Temple of Karnak on the east bank of the Nile with the Great Hypostyle Hall, the Hatshepsut Obelisk, the Obelisk of Thutmose and the Holy Lake. Afterwards, have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, embark on a Nile cruise that ends on the west bank of the Nile. Then you will continue the excursion program to Theben-West (Luxor). Admire the famous colossi of Momnon that stood at the entrance to the Temple of Amenhotep III. Then head to the Valley of the Kings, where there are more than 70 rock-cut tombs. There you will see the three most beautiful tombs. For an additional fee, you have the opportunity to visit the tombs of Tutankhamun and Ramses VI. Finally, visit the terraced temple complex of Hatshepsut.
